Rematriation of Land, Sign Letter of Support

We've been working closely with the Native American students, faculty and staff at UCSF and with the

Ramaytush Ohlone tribe to ask UCSF to rematriate some of their ancestral land back. UCSF owns 60 acres
above Parnassus, the Mount Sutro reserve. The Ramaytush Ohlone tribal chairman Jonathan Cordero feels it
would be incredible to have even 5 acres in a trust owned by the tribe, to create a garden to start heal these
historic wounds of genocide his people experienced during the colonization of this land.
Please stand with us in this historic act of reparations. We can heal the wounds of history together, with
bold vision, action and kindness.
